Please understand there is always the potential that items can get damaged during shipping, however, we cannot refund you unless you provide us with photos the same day that you recieve the item as well as photos of the packaging to show any damage. This will allow us to submit a claim to USPS to recieve reimbursement.
We will not provide a refund due to microbubbles, small imperfections, or for disliking the flowers inlcuded.
Yellowing can occur on all resin items. Please keep out of direct sunlight. We gaurantee no yellowing will occur within 3 months of you recieving the item. We cannot gaurantee past 3 months, as we have no way of knowing where the item has been placed (direct UV light, around a heat source, etc.)
